JHA 114, LLC was formed to invest in multi-family homes, single family homes, commercial properties, and land acquisitions for development. We seek partnerships that will enable both parties to scale up and enlarge their portfolio's. Our inspiration is twofold. The first is personal because I grew up in a low income multi-family home. The second reason is that I would like to pay it forward to my community by providing affordable homes for people who may face temporary challenges. JHA 114, LLC offers capital, experience in renovation concepts, and we are willing to collaborate on projects.
